You will be met at a convenient place near the fishery.

Tackle bait and appropriate permits and licenses will be provided if required.

Barbel fishing on the river Kennet (Berks), Hampshire Avon, Upper Severn and River Teme are all available. Offering many different places to fish from fast glides to overgrown sections, fishing deep holes and rapids in natural surroundings.

We aim to offer a day in peaceful surrounding with advice on rigs, baits, location and tactics to help you catch more fish and possibly the fish of a lifetime!

Your Barbel Fishing guides

Steve Ward has fished on rivers, lakes and at sea. Having spent the last 20 years fishing mainly for Barbel and Chub, with double figure Barbel on many different rivers, likewise many chub over the magic 5lb mark. building up 20years knowledge of river Kennet, Hampshire Avon.

Steve has also fished the Dorset Stour, upper Severn and Teme, plus all round fishing with pike to 20lb, both common & mirror carp to 25lbs, plus large Perch, Tench and Bream.
